Kabbalah & Tarot | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Kabbalic Tree of Life seems to be directly
related to the 22 Major Arcana archetypes of the Tarot. Not so odd when
you see that "Tarot" is related to "Torah" and both are seen as a
library of knowledge, however the Tarot holds this in a condensed and
symbolic form. This may also be why the Tarot is found all over the
world. Easily transportable and unrelated to any set dogma, it reaches
far and wide various peoples and cultures across the globe. The imagery
of the Tarot sparks an inner knowing that grows deeper and deeper as one
continues to explore and study its symbols and imagery. The image of the
Kabbalic Tree of Life also sparks this process, and meditating upon it's
various branches wakes one up to one's soul's true destiny. As with all good art the images here are to be meditated upon and enjoyed! |
